Today’s Spirit message is Take Time to Meditate — and it’s coming from a very real place.


Last night felt heavy. My body was on edge, my thoughts wouldn’t settle, and I could tell my nervous system needed something different.


I got into bed and put on a guided meditation — not expecting anything, just needing a little calm.


At first, I didn’t think it would work. I hadn’t meditated in a while, and I felt stuck in that in-between space — half awake, half drifting — unsure if I could fully settle.


Then, as the meditation continued, I found myself sitting on a bench on a cliff overlooking the ocean. One by one — almost like a wedding party walking down the aisle — my loved ones began to appear.


First came friends. My friend Ryan appeared first, wearing a pink and white Hawaiian shirt and jeans — instantly recognizable. He hugged me, reassured me, cracked jokes, and brought that familiar sense of ease he always had.


Then Kevin arrived. He was wearing a white quarter-sleeve button-up shirt and jeans, with shell earrings and a feathered headband — very boho, very him. Calm, grounded, just sitting with me.


Then my family came. My grandma. My aunt. My grandpa and his wife as they are now. And then more and more — until it felt like this quiet, overwhelming moment of reunion and support. It wasn’t so much that I heard them — I felt them. I saw them, felt their presence, and understood what they wanted to say without words. Their love came through in energy and action — hugs, closeness, familiarity. It didn’t need explaining. I just knew.


No rushing. No explanations. Just presence.


I cried the whole time — simply because I felt so loved. I could feel it and see it, but in the way a daydream unfolds with your eyes closed. I was fully aware of myself and where I was, relaxed and present, not lost in a dream — just allowing the experience to move through me.


The meditation felt important to share because it reminded me how much support we actually have — and how close it is — when we slow down enough to connect with it.


It stayed with me, not because it was dramatic or symbolic, but because it was such a clear reminder of what support can feel like when we give ourselves permission to pause and receive it.


When I sat down to ask Spirit for a card for today, the message felt like a continuation of that moment.
