I just want to keep it real with you.


I’m super tired and completely out of energy today.

I had every intention of getting on the treadmill like I’ve been doing—but my body’s feeling off, and I don’t want to push it just to check a box.


That said, I still want to honor my commitment to showing up for my body in a loving, sustainable way.

So here’s my plan:


I’m going to do what I can on the treadmill—and if that doesn’t feel right tonight, I’m giving myself full permission to shift into something gentler.

Here’s a quick, simple routine you can do right in your room. No pressure—just presence:

Quick, Gentle Movement for Low-Energy Days




1. Neck + Shoulder Rolls (1 min):


Gently roll your neck in a circle, then switch directions. Follow with slow shoulder rolls to release tension.



2. Cat-Cow Stretch (1–2 mins):


On your hands and knees, alternate between arching your back (cow) and rounding it (cat) to warm up your spine.



3. Bodyweight Squats (1–2 mins):


Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and do slow, controlled squats. Aim for 10–15 reps, focusing on form.



4. Lunges (1–2 mins):


Step one foot forward into a lunge, then switch legs. Do about 10 on each side to gently activate your legs.



5. Plank (30 sec–1 min):


Hold a plank on your forearms or hands to engage your core. Drop to your knees if needed—no shame here.



6. Seated Forward Fold (1–2 mins):


Sit with your legs extended and gently fold forward to stretch your hamstrings and back.



7. Deep Breathing (1 min):


Lie down or sit comfortably and take slow, intentional breaths. Let it all soften here.
